s4spin Terms and Conditions

In this document, the following words carry the meanings stated unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" — refers to the s4spin website, including all related pages, applications and services.
• "User" or "Member" — any individual who has successfully registered an account and uses the s4spin services.
• "Account" — the personal account registered by a User to access and use the Platform's services.
• "Balance" — the total funds available in the User's account, excluding any bonus amounts that have not yet met their wagering requirements.
• "Bonus" — any free credits, additional funds or promotional rewards credited to the User's account subject to wagering requirements.
• "Wager" or "Bet" — any gambling activity carried out through the Platform including slots, live casino, sports betting and other games.

To register and use the s4spin services, you must meet the following requirements at all times:

• Be at least 21 years old on the date of registration and throughout your use of the platform.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Not be included on any self-exclusion list or prohibition list imposed by relevant authorities.

s4spin reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including a copy of your identity card (MyKad), proof of address and information on the payment method used. Failure to provide the requested documents within the specified period may result in a temporary restriction or termination of the account.

You are fully responsible for all activities that take place in your account. This responsibility includes:

• Ensuring your password is kept secure and not shared with any other party.
• Logging out of your account after each session, especially on shared devices.
• Notifying the s4spin support team immediately if you suspect any unauthorised activity in your account.
• Updating your personal information if any changes occur, particularly your active mobile number and email address.

s4spin accepts deposits through a range of legitimate and secure payment methods. The minimum deposit for all methods is RM20. Accepted methods include:

• Touch 'n Go eWallet
• DuitNow (QR and transfer)
• Online banking via FPX (including major local banks)
• Boost eWallet
• ShopeePay
• Cryptocurrency: USDT, BTC and ETH

All deposits are in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR) except cryptocurrency deposits, which will be converted based on the prevailing rate at the time of the transaction. s4spin does not charge any processing fees on deposits; however, your e-wallet provider or bank may impose their own fees, which are beyond our control.

Withdrawals from your s4spin account are subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50 per transaction.
• All credited bonuses must meet their wagering requirements before winnings from those bonuses can be withdrawn.
• Standard processing time is 10 to 45 minutes after the withdrawal request is submitted and confirmed.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the deposit, subject to specific situations that require an alternative method.
• s4spin reserves the right to request additional identity verification before processing large withdrawals or a first withdrawal.

All promotions and bonuses offered by s4spin are subject to specific wagering requirements. These requirements must be fully met before any bonus-related funds can be withdrawn.

The s4spin welcome bonus offers 150% on the first deposit up to a maximum of RM300. The wagering requirement is 25 times the bonus amount received before a withdrawal can be made:

• Deposit RM100 → Bonus RM150 → Balance RM250 → Wagering required: RM150 × 25 = RM3,750
• Deposit RM600 → Bonus RM300 → Balance RM900 → Wagering required: RM300 × 25 = RM7,500

In addition, members who remain active are eligible for promotion within the s4spin VIP programme, which consists of four tiers:

• Bronze — weekly cashback of up to 0.2%
• Silver — weekly cashback of up to 0.5%
• Gold — weekly cashback of up to 0.8%
• Platinum — weekly cashback up to 1.0%

The s4spin platform offers a range of game categories including online slots, live casino, sports betting, crash games and tennis betting. Each game category has its own rules displayed within the respective game interface.

General terms that apply to all games:

• Game results are final and cannot be disputed unless there is strong evidence of a verifiable technical error.
• In the event of a technical disruption during a game, s4spin will use saved server records to determine a fair outcome.
• Bets placed during a known network disruption or downtime may not be processed and funds will be returned to the account.
• Sports betting odds may change until the bet is confirmed by the system. The odds displayed at the time the bet is placed are the ones that apply.

s4spin users are strictly prohibited from engaging in the following activities:

• Use of bot software, automated scripts or any tools that manipulate games or the platform system.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in games.
• Identity fraud or registering multiple accounts to abuse promotions.
• Transferring balances between accounts belonging to other individuals as a means of illegally moving funds.
• Any form of money laundering or use of the platform for suspicious financial activities.
• Threatening, insulting or being abusive towards customer support staff.

An s4spin account may be terminated in two ways:

By the User: You may request account closure at any time by contacting our support team. Before closure is processed, any eligible balance will be returned to you subject to applicable terms.

By s4spin: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate an account if:

• The user is found to have violated any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspicious activity is detected that potentially involves fraud or money laundering.
• The user fails to comply with an identity verification request within the specified period.
• The account has been inactive for more than 12 consecutive months with no transactions.

s4spin provides its services on an "as-is" basis and does not guarantee that the platform will always be free from technical disruptions or downtime. The following are included within our liability limits:

• s4spin is not liable for indirect losses, economic harm or loss of profit arising from use of the platform.
• Service disruptions due to planned or unplanned maintenance do not entitle users to claim compensation.
• Internet connection or device failures on the user's end are not the responsibility of s4spin.
• Links to third-party websites, if any, are outside s4spin's control and we are not responsible for their content.

The collection, processing and storage of s4spin users' personal data is governed by our separate Privacy Policy. By accepting these Terms and Conditions, you also agree to the provisions in the s4spin Privacy Policy.
